What you will do:‍

- ‍Launch new digital products from scratch within Startup Studio.
- Design MVP architecture and production-ready solutions.
- Hands-on working with code end to end.
- Integrate LLM/AI tools into the core product experience.
- Make technical decisions on stack, infrastructure, development approaches, and depilation.
- Build a fast and pragmatic delivery process: from idea to prototype, MVP and validation.
- Work together with the team to launch new products.
- Help build and hire the future technical team for specific areas.

What is important to us:‍

- Strong experience in full-stack development.
- Practical experience 0 -> 1 launch speed + strong backend/system thinking
- Experience in the role of Tech Lead, Lead Engineer or Senior Full-Stack Engineer with real technical responsibility.
- Deep understanding of modern frontend/backend stack.
- To be able to design systems quickly, simply and without unnecessary complexity.
- Experience with AI/LLM API, AI workflows, prompt/system design, retrieval, tooling or orchestration will be a strong plus.
- Autonomy and willingness to take responsibility for technical decisions and the result.

It will be an advantage:

- Ability to build products from scratch and run MVP.
- Practical understanding of prompt design and RAG.
- Experience launching SaaS, mobile apps or web products.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
- Experience in building small engineering teams.
- Experience in AI-native or automation-heavy products.
